Descreened blocks apps and websites using Apple's Screen Time. Setup takes about two minutes: allow Screen Time access, pick an unlock method, and lock your first apps.

To open a locked app or site, you complete your unlock method. Pick it on the Restrict tab, under Unlock Method.

Emergency Unlock opens all your apps and sites for 15 minutes — no challenge needed. You get 3 every 30 days, so use them wisely.
